- Who is PowerZ for?
PowerZ is for children between 6 and 12 years old who want to explore a new world while learning math, programming, astronomy, etc. PowerZ is also made for their parents by providing them with a dedicated mobile application to follow their child(ren)'s progress in the game.
- What areas of learning does PowerZ currently address? And later?
The magic of the game is to approach a wide variety of knowledge in a playful manner while putting it back into its context. From this magic comes the sense and desire to learn. Right from the start, your child will be able to develop their musical skills and his vocabulary, perfect his knowledge of wildlife and his mastery of arithmetic... Later on, and as the weeks go by, they will be able to develop an interest in astronomy, architecture, programming or environment, and in many other areas that they can suggest according to their own desires... The only limit? Their imagination.
- What is the "Parents" application?
Parents is an application that allows you to follow your child's progress on the different subjects, to see the time spent on the game, and to pause it if you feel that they spend too much time on it. It is available on mobile and tablet devices, iOS and Android. - Are my ideas really taken into account? What do you do with the ideas?
Yes. Every idea is read by our team. When an idea comes up regularly or brings a particularly interesting development, it follows a specific process. First, it is passed on to a design team that imagines the story behind it and draws the first outlines. It is then modeled, coded and integrated into a test version of the game that children cannot yet play. When everything is ready and if the test is successful, it is integrated into the next update. From a simple idea for a new character accessory, to a feature, it can take from several weeks to several months. So please be patient and definitely keep sending us more ideas!
- What is your business model and how do you make money?
Our current model is pay what you want - the fair price that you set and which allows us to grow. The users who agree to pay a little each month allow us to perpetuate this model and guarantee, free access to those who have less means. - How do I download PowerZ?
To download the PowerZ game you must have a PowerZ account. To register, it's simple: 1. Click on "Play" and follow the instructions 2. When your account is created, you can download the game. 3. All you have to do now is to let yourself be guided and enjoy the adventure!"
- On which devices is the game available? What are the requirements?
PowerZ is available on Windows 10, macOS 10.14.6 or higher, iPhone and iPad with iOS 14 or higher and on select Android models.
On a computer: For the game to run properly, you must have a computer that is less than 4 years old and has at least 10GB of free memory. How to check this? Just go to Settings > System > Storage.
iPhone and iPad: For the game to run properly, we recommend an A10 Fusion processor or higher. To find out the model of your chip check on the Apple website using the model of your device.
Android: We are working to improve the compatibility of PowerZ to as many people as possible. Restricted by the technical capabilities of some devices, we are optimizing our game as best we can and updating the list of compatible devices on the Play Store as we go.
- How many profiles can I create with one account?
You can create up to 5 different child profiles in the game per PowerZ account.
- I don't like to play with a keyboard and a mouse. Can I play with a controller?
Yes...and no. Xbox controllers are compatible on Windows. For other controllers, we cannot confirm that they will be compatible with your devices, unfortunately it is not up to us.
- I would like to change the language used in the game. How can I do it?
Launch PowerZ. The first window that opens is what we call the launcher. At the top of the launcher, you will find your profile picture. Click on it. Then click on "Settings". Once in settings, you should find what you need.
- Is PowerZ free?
We offer a monthly subscription based on the "pay what you want" model. At any time, you can choose the amount you want, from $0 to $10 a month !
- Am I committed?
No, you can terminate your subscription at any time through your PowerZ account.
- I want to change my subscription amount, how do I do it?
To change the amount of your subscription, log in to your account, then in the "Subscription" section, determine the desired amount. You will be redirected to our payment system, and you will be able to modify the amount of your subscription. If your monthly subscription was initialy set to 0$, you will be charged immediately. If you were already paying a monthly fee, the change will be effective on your next cycle.
- I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do it?

- Who is my child talking to in the game?
Communication with children is an integral part of our educational approach. By encouraging your child to read, write, formulate and structure their thoughts, we accompany them in their learning and development. Your child talks to people who are part of the PowerZ team. These people are in charge of technical support and communication with children. They are specifically trained for this. They will adapt the tone and content of their messages to the person they are talking to and to the situation. Finally, they are in constant contact with the rest of the teams in case your questions are more specific."
- What do you do with the data you collect on children?

- What is the "Early Access" version?
This is a version that allows new visitors to discover our project through the first part of the story.
- What is the "Beta" version?
Our game is still in its development. Like many video games, it is important to have it tested before launch. We propose to all the little gamers who want (and their parents of course) to become a video game tester! The concept? Once the Early Access version is finished, you will have access to the game's current development version: the Beta version. Throughout your experience, you will have the opportunity to share your ideas for improvement with us: during the game, at the end of the session by answering the questionnaire or by discussing with the Wizard on the launcher. - How do I access the "Beta" version?
