I did not get my Gems this week, how is that possible?

Your Gems can be claimed for a week, every Wednesday starting from midnight (12:00:00am). You cannot benefit from your 300 weekly Gems if you forget to claim them. Unfortunately, you cannot claim them after the deadline which is Tuesday 11:59:59pm.
