Subscription: when to claim my Gems?

Weekly Gems claims are renewed every Wednesday at midnight (12:00:00am). Please note that if you forget to claim your weekly gems, you cannot claim them after the deadline. The deadline to claim Gems each week is Tuesday at 11:59:59pm. If you possess multiple player profiles, each player profile has to claim its Gems every week. Claiming your Gems on one profile will not impact your weekly Gem claim on your other profiles.
